Return or Replacement Policy

How to apply for return?

If you purchased the product at Lekitcheninc.com. Our customer service team is happy to provide you with return assistance. You can call our customer service number: 1 (866) 478-3693. We can help you apply for a refund.

Please call our at 1 (866) 478-3693. When you request a return, we will send you a label with prepaid shipping. You need to print and attach the label to the original package of the product and mail it back to us.

Once we have confirmed that the returned product has arrived, you will receive a confirmation email and we will process your return request and process your refund. Your account will receive this refund within 7-10 business days.

Return Notice:

  • We only accept return requests for products purchased directly from Lekitcheninc.com.

  • If you purchased the product from another retailer, please contact that retailer to request a return.

  • Installed, used or refurbished products cannot be returned.

  • The product must be returned in a new, unused, and uninstalled condition.

Within 30 days of receiving the product

Damage during transportation:

If you find your product dented or damaged upon receipt, you can call us within 30 days at: 1 (866) 478-3693 to request an exchange, or repair service.

Do not install the product if it is damaged on delivery.

If you need to request a replacement, we will not charge you for any additional delivery or shipping services.

If you need to apply for a return: You will receive a refund of the product, but shipping and service charges will not be refunded. Please call us to discuss the damage and confirm if you can apply for a product refund.

Application for replacement or return of the product must be not installed or used.

If you need repair service, just call our hotline at 1 (866) 478-3693 and we will arrange repair service for you.

Return application for any other reason:

If you are not satisfied with the product for any other reason, you can return it within 30 natural days. The product shall be returned in a new, unused and uninstalled condition.

There will be a return service charge of 15% of the selling price of the product and $100 shipping charge, with a minimum of $100.

Transportation, service and installation costs will not be refunded.

30 days after receiving the product

If the 30-day return period is exceeded and your product is still under warranty, please call us to arrange inspection and repair service.

Shipping and installation costs:

You can return the package within 30 days of receiving it and get a refund. However, transportation, service and installation costs will not be refunded.

Just call 1 (866) 478-3693 and we can offer you a choice of return method. For some products, we will provide an email to send you the shipping label. In most cases, we will ask you to ship the product back using a method that provides a tracking number. We do not bear the related freight charges.

The freight is not refundable. Use a method that provides a tracking number to return your package (FedEx or UPS). If there is no proof that the product has been delivered to us, we will not accept liability or process a refund.

Once we have confirmed that the returned product has arrived, you will receive a confirmation email and we will process your return request and process your refund. Your account will receive this refund within 7-10 business days.

Once we receive your return, please allow approximately two weeks (7-10 business days) to process your refund, which will be deducted for any return charges, etc. The refund will be sent to the bank card you used to make the purchase. Please note:

If you want to return a product with a freebie, all the freebies must be returned together for a full refund. If you want to keep the gift, the full value of the gift will be charged.

We reserve the right to reject refunds or exchanges that do not comply with our return policy. Return policy.
